Cistanche is known to have beneficial effects on sperm counts. A 2015 rodent study found the following effects: 1. Increased sperm count 2.3 to 2.7-fold 2. Increased sperm motility 1.3 to 1.4-fold 3. Decreased abnormal sperm 0.76 to 0.6-fold Two further scientific studies of Cistanche in rats have observed increased blood concentrations of luteinizing hormone. In men, luteinizing hormone stimulates Leydig cells in the testes to produce testosterone. This acts to support sperm production.
TURKESTERONE OUTPERFORMED ANABOLIC STEROIDS IN A RODENT STUDY
A 10-day rodent study from the year 2000 compared the anabolic effects of turkesterone with Anabol and Dianabol (anabolic steroids). The study showed that rodents experienced greater increases in weight and muscle from turkesterone than from Dianabol or Anabol. This is remarkable considering that Dianabol and Anabol are potent anabolic steroids that bodybuilders have used for decades. Moreover, turkesterone did not cause any adverse side effects on the endocrine system.

Dosage

It's usually best to take Tongkat Ali with food in the morning. Some individuals feel nauseous when taking Tongkat Ali on an empty stomach due to rapid absorption or gastrointestinal irritation. However, the impact of food on supplement absorption is often unpredictable as different compounds within food can interact with the supplement in different ways. On the other hand, taking them with food will slow absorption, which can be beneficial if you want the effects to kick in slower or if you experience nausea when taking the supplement on an empty stomach.
